Hi ,

There was a lovely variety of energy today, starting with the root chakra (tailbone area) and the hands.  This was followed by a spot half way up the spine and the 3rd eye chakra (forehead).  Nearer to the end of the session there was a significant wave of energy felt throughout my body and I knew that the work had been completed for today.  All the best to you and yours this weekend.
