Hi ,

In today's session there was energy flowing to a number of different areas of the body. The primary spot that I noticed throughout though, was the solar plexus chakra (the area above the navel). There was a consistent feeling of energy in that area.  I noticed visions of warmer colours for the majority of the session, that had a slight feeling of inflamation or irritation to them.  Nearer to the end of the session there was a fairly swift shift to cooler colours and a feeling of relief of the inflamation. The nature of the feeling of the solar plexus changed somewhat as well, but it did feel like there may be additional work to be done there.
