Hi ,

In today's session I felt immediately grounded with a lot of energy connecting my feet to the floor and the earth below that.  I then started to experience a feeling of puffiness in the face which lasted for a few minutes and then washed away with a wave of energy.  This puffiness feeling and washing away repeated itself a few time during the session.  As with any time that energy movement is felt in a specific area of the body, there was likely a blockage that needed to be cleared and that spot was the target of the clearing this time around. The "root" of the issue may or may not actually be in the face but that was where the energy needed to work today in order to accomplish what was needed for members of the group in this moment.
