Hi ,

Today's session brought wonderful healing, and in addition an important message!  During the session I saw a long narrow hallway heading slightly off to my right.  It was noticably consistent throughout it's length - and it was very, very long - the end could not be seen.  After seeing that I saw a lovely open and light filled space just off to my left. 

It became apparent that the long hall represented the future, and the light filled space the present. The message was that the present is what matters - it is really the only thing.  There is space and capacity for everything to come in the future, but if we dwell on that then we will always be grasping for the next thing, missing out on life and creating problems for ourselves.  Living in the now is key - it is the only way to true happiness.
