Hi ,

We started today with strong energy flowing in through the third eye. It flowed down into my hands where it slowly built in intensity. After a while the energy became so intense in my hands that the palms were buzzing, and getting itchy. Eventually that pent up energy started to flow out from my hands and completely enveloped me. It spread quickly, as energy does, reaching out to everyone and everything it was meant to touch.
