Hi ,

I hope you've been having a wonderful holiday!  I've been sending small energy sessions to the group over the last couple of days and also held our regular Friday session today. 

This time of year tends to take on a different feel for many people - perhaps time off work, getting together with family and friends, mixed in with recollection of the past. It can be wonderful and it can also be difficult sometimes - often times some of both are experienced in quick succession!  Be kind to yourself and to your fellow humans.  Take some time to yourself if you can to recharge and heal.

I will be setting up next week similar to this week.  There won't be a formal session on Jan 1, but I'll send small "energy bursts" periodically.  Enjoy the rest of the holiday season!
