Hi ,

Just held a nice session and it focused primarily on the top of the head (crown chakra). There was a lot of tingling and shifting there, and it felt like the top of the head was being lifted up at times. Seemed to being making space in the head - letting the brain loosen up a bit maybe? The crown is your connection to spirit/the devine, as well as your sense of universal consciousness and wisdom. Our work today in that area may help to open you up in this way.
