Hi ,

Today's session saw strong energy behind the eyes and in the forehead (third eye chakra). There was a feeling of improvement of vision. Not of the functioning of the eyes, but of the ability to envision your place in the world, to get a clearer picture of the way things truly are. It seemed there were at least a few of us who are experiencing this process right now, and each of our energies are supportive of this growth where it is being called in. The session also contained a strong and solid feeling through the core and root. At first it was quite pressurized, but there was a release point that brought a lighter and airier feel, while still exhibiting the solid and supportive structure to allow us to maintain internal peace while expanding our vision.
