Today we had our second session of the new Distance Energy Club. Welcome! In today's session the general theme was that of potential. I felt huge reserves of positive uplifting energy ready to rise up within us. It was rolling around in the chest and up into the head.  This is the energy that will allow us to rise above the stresses and suffering of our individual daily lives and tap into the vast source energy held within all things. Quantum physics has shown us that everything is energy, and that all of these things/people/energy are connected. Bringing even some awareness of this into our lives allows us to access it more - to feel the effects of it in our lives and even spread it to others within this massive grid of energy that makes up our quantum world. This is what I currently see as the greatest benefit of our work here. And I'm so glad you're here on this journey!
