Hi ,

In today's session I initially felt energy at the base of the back of my neck connecting down to the base of my spine.  I then felt encouraged to bow my head slightly and felt energy coming from the same spot at the base of my neck and straight out my forehead (crown chakra).  It was a very unifying and powerful energy uniting the entire upper body.

I also wanted to let you know that since next Wednesday is Christmas day I won't be doing my regular 1:15pm session that day, but I plan to send some extra healing throughout the holidays when it seems most required. Be kind to yourself!
