The energy was flowing through the hands and the crown chakra today. It helped integrate the work we've been doing. Those who have specific requests for healing, the energy worked towards healing those conditions. Often our physical ailments are a symptom of other aspects in our lives - be it emotions, fears, relationships or any number of complex interactions. Our energy work works toward healing us at the deepest level.  That work can help us see improvements in those "visible" items, while bringing us toward a deeper sense of well being.
