We are all still feeling the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Some directly suffering from effects of the virus itself, many still fearful for their health and safety, suffering from anxiety, retreating from the world perhaps. Others are concerned about the centralised control of the major pharmaceutical companies, our governments and their impact on our lives. All of these are legitimate concerns. Issues that can easily become all consuming. But at the same time there is incredible strength in the human collective, and we will get through this, and future issues, together. Today's session delivered this message to us. It started with incredible warmth in the heart, then transitioned to inflation of the chest. It was a feeling of ultimate strength and purpose, and extended itself down through the core of the body. This strength from the universal source energy is what will take us through to the other side of this ordeal. It has in the past and will in the future. In this moment we put our trust in that.
