We started off today with a dramatic upward connection. From the head an entity launched forward and swooped up into the air like a majestic bird. It soared straight up from there until it was out of sight and connecting us in a very focused way to our source. After that there were shifts in the energy inside the head, clearing a few blockages there, and when that was completed, it settled down to the collarbone area to rest. There was also a bit of adjustment in the area near the lungs, especially on the left side. The dramatic swooping action at the beginning was a highlight today though - it felt so uplifting and awe inspiring. My hope is that energy will guide you today, and for days to come.
