Hi ,

For today I felt a nice even and calm supporting energy throughout our session.  I noticed a curious little difference that happened both on Wednesday and today that may or may not have any meaning, but I thought I would take note of it anyway as observation in our lives is important! 

At the start of each session one of the things I do is visualize a few of the Reiki symbols in my mind.  The symbols help improve the energy in different ways and visualizing them brings that extra energy to the session.  Normally when I visualize them they are in position like as if I was reading a book - a reasonable distance from the face, at an incline for easy viewing etc.  But on Wednesday and today they were much closer to my face and pretty much completely vertical - a much less casual feeling - quite imposing.  It wasn't something that I consciously intended so perhaps that happened to remind me of the importance of the symbols?  Or maybe for some other reason?

I tell you this more as a reminder to try to be an active observer of things that happen in your life.  If something a little out of the ordinary happens then take some time to notice and maybe try to interpret the importance, and see if there's something that can be taken from it. Many times there is a message to be received if we are willing.
