There was a continued intensity to the energy in today's session. It was strong and constant, and as always it was provided to us in exactly the way that it was and is needed. It doesn't require analysis or understanding, it simply requires your being to accept it, to be open to it. When the conditions of your self match the conditions of the energy, then that is where healing occurs. That is where we become a bit more of our self.
