Today's session had lots of warm energy through the chest. A little bit of heat at times. It was followed by expansion of the space in the chest. Air filling the whole space as well as the lungs. It felt somewhat similar to the expansion in the head we had last week. Lots of room being created for new growth and expansion of our body consciousness.
