The movement of energy throughout the head today was unrestricted. It utilized the space that has been created there this week. I felt a thin wisp of smoke-like energy enter my right ear and meander its way throughout the head, making it's way to the left ear. That connection between the ears continued to be felt, and other areas within the head joined in. It was peaceful and full of potential for action at the same time. At the end if the session there was a sudden release of energy downwards, being felt in the solar plexus  and then it dispersed, and the session was complete.
