We started with a vision of a serpent, providing guidance through our session today. This symbol can represent the creative life force, and serpents are also symbols for rebirth, transformation, immortality and healing. 

 

There was upward pressure on the back of the head followed by gentle kneading in that area. Like hands pushing gently on a block of clay, forming it into something new and beautiful. Forming and shaping the energy contained within.

 

This was later followed by additional focus at the top of the head. Here we began to experience a beam of bright white light shining down from above and filling our re-sculpted head with loving energy. We sent some of that light back up and out as well. It was plentiful and universal.
