There was a strong buzzy energy in our session today. I can still now feel it buzzing in my hands. It helped reorganize some things within our bodies. Clearing blockages where needed and restructuring in subtle ways. It also pushed energy up into our upper chakras - the ones above the crown chakra that I spoke of not too long ago. This will be a long term "project", continuing to explore those chakras, expanding consciousness bit by bit every time the wise energy moves within us.
