Today's session started with a buzzing sensation in the teeth. It was felt first in the middle lower teeth and then it spread to the right and then up to the upper teeth on the right and back toward the middle teeth on top. So it created what felt like a foundation on the right side of the jaw, which would support the rest of the work in this session. Soon after that there was energy coming in through the third eye, but primarily the left side, and that energy came down to the right side of the jaw/teeth and then was distributed upwards into the right side of the brain. This is the side if the brain responsible for big picture thinking and creativity. It felt like that was the reason for the energy going there today - to support and enhance that creative big picture thinking. When that was completed the energy gently flowed downwards and filtered throughout the body.
