Hi ,

Thanks for joining me again today for our session!  It really felt like a special one today!  Right from the beginning and throughout I felt the energy pouring out through my lower forehead (Third Eye chakra), and there were 2 different moments of pure peace where it felt like everything had washed away, and all was right and calm.

The Third Eye chakra is the home of intuition, perception and imagination.  Harmonious function allows us to think and live harmoniously with nature and provides advanced intellectual skills. If there is insufficient functioning there can be lack of imagination, difficulty seeing the future, poor vision and/or memory, difficulty making decisions and slow thinking. Physical imbalances can include headaches, sleep disturbances, sinus/nose congestion, pain in the eyes and depression.  As with any of the chakras, energy healing in that area can help to imporove harmonious functioning. Today's session will hopefully have provided some goodness in that area for you.
