Today there was a very nice flow through the upper chakras again, and it traveled clearly down right along the spine all the way to the root. Having things this open is very nice, allowing things to balance without blockages. Things felt quite peaceful, and there was some additional focus in the sacral chakra (below the navel area) that contributed to additional calm and peace. In all of this things felt in balance, and there was a sense that continuing to work in this way will help maintain that balance and allow it to become more and more of a natural state.
