Hi ,

The session today started with energy focused on the right hand - at the base of the thumb on the palm side.  It continued to vibrate in that area throughout the session.  Nearer to the end I was feeling a steady rhythm of pulsing energy on the surface of the skin over my whole body.  It felt quite relaxing to me, which I hope transferred to you as well!
