In today's session I felt warmth in the face which expanded the space around the skin. It felt like a warm breeze was blowing and surrounding the face with comforting heat. It was interesting given the bitterly cold temperatures we're actually experiencing here today. It provided a lovely contrast - the heat matched the look of the sunshine seen through the glass, but not the mercury in the thermometer. Perhaps a message to let us know that things aren't always what they seem at first? Open and expanded consciousness can provide heat where there is cold. What else can it do?
