In today's session I was guided to make a bigger request than normal. To ask for energy to be sent to all of humanity. It started with each of our local communities, our provinces, our country, continent and then the entire world. I believe this way of approaching the session was valuable on many levels, including for our own individual healing. Energetically we are all one, so any healing that occurs at a global scale benefits us individually and within our communities as well. The reverse is also true. Any healing that we do individually helps all of humanity.

 

Today intuition lead me to make that big request and approach it in that way. But of course there is no right or wrong way to heal, to receive energy. Ultimately the wise energy will always work for the greatest good.
