Today's session started with a very intense bundle of energy in the back of the throat. It was a blockage shaped as a block. Like a small and colorful cement block in the throat. With a bit of work the block moved up to where the pineal gland is located and then a pathway was created between there and the crown chakra at the top of the head, with an additional connection to the 3rd eye chakra at the forehead as well. Energy flowed out of the block and up out of the crown and 3rd eye. This provided a necessary clearing of stuck energy.

 

Additionally I wanted to check in to see if anyone decoded the "message within the message" in our last email communication :)
