Today's session began with a visual of a very tangled ball of string or yarn. I interpreted it to mean that there was a lot to unravel in the energy work we were experiencing today. This was soon followed by a very heavy/weighted feeling in my hands. This energy is likely related to very emotionally heavy situations - ones that seemed to be needing more than what was worked on throughout this session. I asked the energy to continue working in the background and we will check in again with it on Wednesday.
