Today it felt like we were continuing with the momentum from Wednesday. Right off the bat I felt a strong burst of energy go up between the shoulders, up the neck and into the head. For the remainder of the session there was a lot of movement in the head. It felt a bit like a fish bowl sloshing around, like if it was on a ship rocking in the waves. This active energy was working to clear blockages and promote a more optimal flow between each of our chakras.
