Today's session started off in a fairly standard way with energy felt at the third eye chakra and flowing out the hands. Part way through things got kicked into high gear with the focus being shifted to the temples and energy bursting from the finger tips, as well as heals and toes on the feet. The whole body was invigorated and energized. The session had gone from energizing but ordinary, to something quite extraordinary. I'm very intrigued to explore this further!
