Hi ,

Today was a very rhythmic feeling session.  I had energy flowing in a very smooth and gentle way back and forth throughout my head and neck during our time together today.  I found the back of my head feeling like it was being pulled up and back, with the effect of straightening my spine and feeling the breath more fully and deeply.  The energy flow felt very strong as result and it continued that way throughout.  Nearer to the end I felt the energy present in all parts of my body as it built in intensity.  It exited through my forehead (3rd eye chakra) as it was sent to each of you for what you needed in that moment.
