Today there was a lovely unified energy in the upper body. It felt sourced at the k 27 points (upper chest) and encompassed the head and chest. It was very cohesive and denoted much strength. There was also a feeling in other areas of the body that were holding on and could benefit from letting go to also experience this cohesiveness. Of course there is always more that can be done. For today the work was completed that was needed today.
