Hi ,

Today's session had a very interesting and restorative feel to it. There was a sensation of "effervescence" - like I was in (or was) a giant glass of carbonated water, and the bubbles were reaching into all of the nooks and crannies of the body. This had the effect of clearing out the small pockets of accumulated energy blockages in those out of the way spots. Like spring cleaning for our energy body!
