Hi ,

In today's session we started with a heavy feeling in the arms, accompanied by tingling there as well. This was evenly spread throughout both arms. Later in the session there was also focus on the ear canals, and some energy blockage released in that area. It seemed that these two areas of the body were linked today in their effect on our overall energy balance, and the Reiki helped adjust things in a way to improve that balance.
