Hi ,

In today's session I felt energy and tightness across the chest. The focus was there throughout, and it suggested a burden that might need to be released. Something you might need to "get off your chest". The work today assisted in that process if it is something you need. As always our sessions always work for your greatest good. This aspect was the most noticeable element for today, but the energy permeates where it needs to in each of us. Have a wonderful weekend,
