Hi ,

In our work today I felt a consistent focus of energy sitting in front of my eyes. It was outside the body but brushed against the eye lids very gently. At the same time there was the recognition of the energy coming in through the third eye chakra and out through the hands to each of you. That happens in most of our sessions but it was particularly noticeable today, perhaps because of the lack of sensations in other parts of the body. I hope this message finds you well, and our session brought you the energy you need in this moment.
