Hi ,

Right from the start today I could feel that there was something that needed working out. There was a very light and flighty quality to the energy. It was focused almost exclusively at the back of the head just above the neck, and it was flitting about and very active as it went about its work. Eventually the blockage cleared and at that time I immediately felt a flushing/clearing away throughout the body. It helped ground each of us within the current moment.
