Hi ,

I was feeling a little tired at the beginning of our session today. As I started to get going I noticed the energy spreading upwards from my back to neck and head, lifting me up and causing my back to straighten. That wise energy was helping me move to an optimal position for reiki healing. I hadn't really even noticed initially that I was slouching a bit in the chair, but I was made aware of it!

During the second half of our session things became much stronger. There was an orange glow within my head space and my hands were very warm and tingly. I received a message during this time: "If we're always chasing an ideal future,  then we'll always be chasing an ideal future." My understanding of this is to always take joy from the current moment. Happiness isn't a set future point that you will reach - it must be found within each moment.
