Hi ,

A bit of an unusual session today, but things happen for a reason! I started with my usual preparations, and then as soon as I started the main energy healing portion of our session I experienced a tidal wave of strong emotions. A release of intense feelings. After a few minutes it washed away and what was left was a deep caring energy, supporting healing and future growth. It was a catharsis of sorts, and seemed to be so needed during our work together today. It helped bring me back into the moment and appreciate what is. I hope you feel the same.
