Hi ,

Today I had a visualization again, similar to the last session. All group members were standing in front of me but this time it was in knee deep water and the waves of energy were being delivered by fish swimming in amongst you. There was also a soft but focused energy on the third chakra - the solar plexus.

I recently received an essential oil diffuser as a gift and I've been using it during some of our sessions. Today I was drawn to bergamot, and it provided a lovely addition to the session as well.
