Hi ,

For today, there was very strong energy coming from my hands, and it was also felt in the heals of my feet.  It seemed like the majority of the energy was transferring from my hands to each of you in the areas that you needed it.  At the same time there was additional work connecting the back of the neck to the head like we had on Friday.  The head itself felt very spacious and open, but it was asking for a stronger connection to the neck/spine and that connection was improved.
