Hi ,

Today's session started with a feeling of twisting through the trunk of my body.  There was something that just wanted to adjust right off the bat and after a few minutes that part was completed.

For the rest of the session the energy focused on the back of the head.  It was higher than what was happening at the end of last week where it was closer to the neck, but it felt like the same process was happening again, just higher up on the back of the head than before.  This seems to be a continuing theme in our sessions over the last week or so as we open up the connection all the way up the spine and into the head.
