Hi ,

In today's session I initially had a vision of standing over, and looking down into, a large empty pit.  Quickly the scene changed to looking down over a forested valley - which felt like a great improvement in the situation!

Throughout the rest of the session I felt consistent energy at the back of the head where it meets the neck.  It seemed like a continuation of the work that we did on Wednesday.  In that session there was full activation through the spine and neck but it seemed like today there was still additional work to do at the neck in order to complete what we had started there.
