Hi ,

I was sensing some darkness at the beginning of our session today.  Not overwhelmingly, but the feel had darkness to it - physically and emotionally.  There was some swirling energy as well - again not very strong movement but it was there making itself known.  It continued like that for most of the session and then there was a change near the end allowing a lighter feel to come through.  Each of these types of changes that we experience is a healing moment, and I'm thankful every time they occur.
