Hi ,

Lots was happening in today's session!  Each of your energies felt like they were working together to create something very powerful!  I hope you will each feel healing as a result!

The session started off right away with something dramatic.  I felt 2 big bubbles come out from the heart chakra (centre of the chest) - quite intense energy there - and the heart chakra was the centre of the action for the rest of the session as well. 

A few minutes later I felt a weight pulling my head back, as if there was something heavy attached to the base of the back of my head. After a few minutes of that I felt it release and my head went back down to level.  This was followed by energy in the roof of my mouth, connected all the way through to the top of my head, and that line of energy also connected back to the heart. 

While that was going on I felt the weight pulling my head back again for another couple of minutes until it released.  As my head came back to level, all of the lines of energy melded into an overall feeling of balance.  From head to heart and everything in between was one cohesive unit and very peaceful.

As I said, lots going on in there!  It was wonderful to feel - thank you for being a part of this!

Helpful Hint - Even if you forgot about it, or were busy, you will still receive the effects of a session.  You also have the option of sitting down and receiving the energy at a later time should that be your preference.  Energy is not limited by distance or time so if you intend for the session to be received at an alternate time then you will receive its benefits when you ask for it.
