Hi ,

Energy was applied in a number of places throughout the body today.  For part of the session it felt like I was below the group members - like each of you was on a platform or stage, and the energy was travelling from the ground up through my feet and out of my head, and then on into each of you. For today that is what was required, and so it came to be.
