Hi ,

Today the energy chose the top of the head (the crown chakra) as the main focus.  There was intensive work being done there, along with some in the forehead (3rd eye chakra) as well. Eventually there was a feeling of something washing away from the crown all the way down through my body, and then there was a period of grounding.

If there are imbalances in the crown it can manifest in chronic exhaustion, light and sound sensitivity, nervous system imbalance, poor short-term memory and poor coordination.  It can also affect our ability to trust, our values, ethics, courage and our faith and inspiration.

My feeling is that today's session could help some of us over the next week, who may be struggling in those areas.
