Hi ,

In today's session there was a very strong focal point that the energy targeted, near the top of the neck at the front and extending out a bit toward the chin.  This spot received a lot of healing and a couple of nearby spots also required energy - namely the back of the throat and the very top of the chest. The message that came along with this healing was that each of us should speak our truth.

As the session progressed there was also intense energy felt through the 3rd eye chakra (forehead).  This is often one of the places that channeled energy flows through, along with the hands, and today it was felt very strongly in that area.
