Hi ,

Well, today's session was full of interesting happenings!  It started out with strong energy emanating from my forehead (3rd eye chakra).  This was followed by a feeling of my feet becoming very firmly rooted to the floor. Soon after that the focus moved to my throat area, with a fair bit of tension felt there and plenty of energy movement around the throat.  After about 10 minutes of that it quickly dissipated and moved directly into the frontal lobe of my brain.  When that happened I felt an additional shift in the throat - enough of a change that it caused me to cough a bit - it seemed to get things physically moving.

The energy in the brain felt significant. Being the centre of emotional expression, problem solving, memory, language and judgment I expect that we may see some interesting things happening following this session.  I'm looking very forward to finding out!
