Hi ,

Today we began with a strong loop of energy around the base of the head/top of the neck.  This gradually spread downwards, converting to a single channel of energy downwards, eventually connecting the full spine from throat to root and then also upwards to the crown. The pathway was cleared of obstructions as it went and there was much better flow between all the chakras after our session.
