Hi ,

Today started with strong, supportive and swirling energy in the root chakra. This was a direct support of our feeling of safety and security. It felt very clear and beautiful. After some time the energy started to rise upwards into the sacral chakra. There was much more resistance found in this area of the body, and the energy slowly, slowly worked it's way in. Only small progress was made here, and I asked the reiki energy to continue supporting the sacral to allow further release there as it is possible.
